EarlyShift provides an AI-powered data analysis platform as a service. By accessing or using EarlyShift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload to EarlyShift. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any data you provide to the platform. You agree not to upload data that you do not have lawful authority to use.
Acceptable Use
You must not use EarlyShift for any illegal purposes or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, circumvent security controls, or use the platform to process data you do not have rights to.
Service Provided “As Is”
EarlyShift is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated answers should always be verified against your source data. EarlyShift does not guarantee that responses will be error-free, and you are responsible for validating any insights or outputs before making business decisions based on them.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the terms described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Modifications to Terms
EarlyShift reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
