Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company information. This data is used to provision your tenant and manage access to the platform.
Data You Upload
Files you upload to EarlyShift — such as spreadsheets and CSVs — are stored on a per-tenant basis. Your data is logically isolated and is never shared with or accessible to other tenants. We do not use your uploaded data to train models or for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
When you submit queries through EarlyShift, the content of those queries is sent to third-party AI providers — specifically OpenAI and Anthropic — for processing. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not send your raw uploaded data to these providers; only the query context needed to generate an answer is transmitted.
Session Data & Chat History
Your session data and chat history are stored on a per-user basis and protected by row-level security. Only you and authorized administrators within your tenant can access your chat history.
Cookies & Authentication
EarlyShift uses cookies solely for authentication purposes. We rely on Supabase Auth to manage user sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content to third parties. Data is only shared with the AI providers described above, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon receiving a verified request, we will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
